Transportation
Shuttle
We'll be organizing round-trip shuttles from Sitges and Vilafranca del Penedès. Pick-up times will be around 3:30–4:00 PM, with return shuttles later in the evening. There will be only be two return shuttle options. One return shuttle will be leaving post dinner, during the dancing and open bar, and the main return at midnight after the close of the reception. Please let us know in your RSVP if you'd like to reserve a seat.
Day-of Schedule
Times are approximate — the goal is good food, good wine, and a long, fun night together...it's a marathon of a party not a sprint.
Wedding Dress code

We encourage everyone to come dressed to celebrate! From polished cocktail looks to tuxes and formal gowns — bold colors and expressive details encouraged. After all, how often do you get to serve a look at a vineyard in Spain? If you need some inspiration, please feel free to reference our pinterest moodboard for some inspiration.
Comfortable shoes are encouraged as the venue is mostly gravel and natural terrain. The dinner and ceremony will be completely outdoors, so while October in Penedès is usually warm and sunny during the day, we recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl for later in the night as it begins to cool down.
FAQ's
Are there DIETARY RESTRICTIONS accomodations?
We'll be serving a family-style dinner featuring local Spanish dishes, followed by desserts and an open bar. Dinner will incorporate gluten free, vegetarian and dairy free options. Please let us know any additional allergy or dietary restrictions when you RSVP.
Is this an outdoor wedding?
Yes, please make sure to dress accordingly. Also a friendly reminder that the ground will be dirt and gravel, so please make sure to choose your shoes with that consideration in mind.
Can I bring a plus-one?
Unfortunately, while we want to celebrate with all of our loved ones and their loved ones as well, we have a strict guest list. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.
HOW ABOUT KIDS?
As for kids, we love that our community has grown to include children, but our wedding is an adults-only event. We look forward to a night of drinks, dancing, and celebration with you!
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving by 4:00 PM to enjoy welcome drinks before the ceremony, if you are not traveling via the shuttle.
Is there parking at the venue?
If you opt to drive yourself to the venue, there is limited parking available on site. Please let us know in advance so we can guide you where to park the day of.
